Do you provide free estimates?
No. There is a $75 fee for a professional site survey and custom quote. If you move forward with the installation or service, this fee is waived and applied as a credit to your balance."
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a South Carolina Mechanical Contractors License, and we are fully insured.
Do you handle permitting?
Yes. We manage all necessary permits, coordinate inspections, and ensure full code compliance so you don’t have to.
Do you install commercial generators?
Yes. We provide generator and automatic transfer switch sales and installation. We work with many leading equipment brands and can provide the highest quality to fit your budget.
Do you handle LED retrofits and other energy upgrades?
Absolutely. We provide full LED retrofit services including design, permitting, and installation..
Can you help with emergency lighting compliance?
Yes. We install, test, and certify exit signs and emergency lighting to meet current NFPA and IBC codes.
